Kaya Ginger Beer
- Lemon Zest Ice (Freeze freshly grated Lemon Zest into homemade Ice Cubes)
- 1 bottle (6 oz. / 175 mL) Cane Sugar-based non-alcoholic Ginger Beer
- 2 oz. (60 mL) Spearmint Tea, brewed then cooled
- 2 drops Jamaican Jerk Bitters
- Sprig of Thai basil for garnish
- 15 mL Kaya Liquid Sweetener – Demerara Sugar
- Fill a Collins glass with Lemon Zest Ice Cubes.
- Pour in Ginger Beer.
- Add Iced Spearmint Tea and Kaya Liquid Sweetener
- Stir Gently.
- Finish with two drops of Jerk Bitters, garnish with Thai Basil, and enjoy!
