Kaya Ginger Beer

  • Lemon Zest Ice (Freeze freshly grated Lemon Zest into homemade Ice Cubes)
  • 1 bottle (6 oz. / 175 mL) Cane Sugar-based non-alcoholic Ginger Beer
  • 2 oz. (60 mL) Spearmint Tea, brewed then cooled
  • 2 drops Jamaican Jerk Bitters
  • Sprig of Thai basil for garnish
  • 15 mL Kaya Liquid Sweetener – Demerara Sugar
  1. Fill a Collins glass with Lemon Zest Ice Cubes.
  2. Pour in Ginger Beer.
  3. Add Iced Spearmint Tea and Kaya Liquid Sweetener
  4. Stir Gently.
  5. Finish with two drops of Jerk Bitters, garnish with Thai Basil, and enjoy!
